Question: On when doing the balance exercises I notice the workout ladies lower the band but Stephanie (Huckabee) brings it down over the knee as it comes up. Does it matter?
And...on the abs...I know this is weird but I've always kept my feet kind close together and parallel when doing crunches on the floor. Stephanie (Huckabee) does them with legs farther out and apart. Should I be doing that, too? Does it affect the workout?
