When doing push ups on your knees, is it better to leave your feet on the ground, or to keep them bent so when you go down your feet go up (as apposed to keeping them on the ground ). Thanks

  2. That is an excellent question as either one is just fine, though I think they're actually easier when you allow your legs to move as they kind of assist in the shift of your body weight. If you leave them down, you take away any of the momentum you may have if you move them. This is solely based on me juts now trying to compare the two on my office floor, so not scientific proof... just what I'm thinking :-)

    Hope that helps!

Thanks Stephanie. I had to laugh thinking of you on your office floor trying out the different push-ups. I got on my floor and tried it again too LOL.

I think I will try with my legs down and see how it goes.

    thanks!!
