I'm going to do my first ever 5K in about 6wks and I'm trying to come up with a rotation that combines orginial PowerFit with Harmony and walk/jogging. F- Body Balance, Pure Power

T- Walk/Jog
W- Core Express Core Fusion
TH- Walk/Jog
F- Lower Body Blast Upper Body Blast
S- Walk/Jog
