Orginial PowerFit + Harmony + Walk/Jog Rotation

    I'm going to do my first ever 5K in about 6wks and I'm trying to come up with a rotation that combines orginial PowerFit with Harmony and walk/jogging. Here is what I have come up with but if there is anyone out there with more experience in this, I would greatly appreciate any help! Thanks! Jennifer

    S- Rest
    M- Legs & Shoulders, Core Fusion
    T- Walk/Jog
    W- Chest, triceps & Butt Back, Biceps & Thighs
    TH- Walk/Jog
    F- Body Balance, Pure Power
    S- Walk/Jog

    S- Rest
    M- Strong Push Strong Pull
    T- Walk/Jog
    W- Core Express Core Fusion
    TH- Walk/Jog
    F- Lower Body Blast Upper Body Blast
    S- Walk/Jog

  2. I think this is an EXCELLENT rotation... You've done a good job of making the workouts very balanced in terms of the core and sculpting work. I'm sure someone else will want to borrow this so thanks for posting!
