After losing, now almost over 40 lbs. since last year w/ only Powerfit exercises.. I have to say: I am addicted! I could not imagine one single day without waking up and working out w/ Steph's dvds in the am. Even on my "rest" days I find it hard to "rest". It just feels so good to be up, and moving around. I see some people say they only do PowerFit for a few months? How is this? If anything ever happened to my PowerFit Series' I think I would lose it! I love Powerfit Harmony, the original PowerFit, and am patiently awaiting the arrival of Plus :) Hey, if working w/ PowerFit is wrong, then I don't wanna be right ;)~

Sorry, kelegirl.. I haven't been back in here in a while. I am sorry to keep you waiting. I follow the one Steph gives us, but before we had her diet guide I just stayed away from fast food, sodas, sugars, and drank lots of water. I will give you an example of one day of my regular eating regimen:

-Breakfast: 1 pack of instant oatmeal (any flavor), mixed with water, topped with raisins

~Snack: Protein Shake- vanilla powder, water, ice, frozen fruit of choice.. blended

~Lunch: A turkey sandwich (if you must have mayo, just barely put about the size of a dime and spread evenly on the whole wheat bread of your choice), baked chips, and water

snack- 1 serving of vanilla low-fat yogurt topped with granola

~Dinner: Grilled chicken, green beans, and salad

    >>>Just remember to stay away from fried food, sugars, and drink lots of water. Once or 2 times a month I "cheat" meaning I eat things I normally do not that day, but not in excess.

Consistency is the key dear!... I hope that helps.
