Anybody chomping at the bit?

    I'm so excited about my stuff to arrive I can't stand it! I bouht the Harmony and the Powersticks. I was going to get the plus, but I decided that it's getting hot here in South Louisiana and that healthy drink looked good! I'll get the Plus down the road - you can bet on it.

    Is anyone going to do the Powerfit rotation? I plan to make a big copy of it for my workout area so I can X the days off! I've been doing Ellen Barrett workouts this week so when my new Powerfit Harmony comes I will have some super muscle confusion.

    I think to a home workout Mommy, getting a new series like this is the same as the new Star Wars movie coming out or something!

    Oh - I'm so looking forward to the nutrition ideas. I thought the former Powerfit menu's were very practical and easy.

    I'm excited too. I have been mixing my Powerfits with cardio and Tonique(tough, Slim Series-style)workouts~and some Leslie thrown in. I'm planning to use the new Harmony workouts with my Toniques, Leslie and Ellen workouts as soon as I get them. I did get the Plus too~but not the sticks, although they sound yummy!

    I got all 3, Harmony, Plus and Sticks and I keep checking the tracking to see if they will get here any sooner. Sadly, no. I am so pumped. I did PowerFit for 5 weeks with walking (Leslie, treadmill, outside) and right now I am just doing walking. I am going to do the 2-a-day rotation.

    Cherimac, I'm SO jealous! Mine is still saying it's in VA..and I live in Oregon, I think my est delivery date is closer to end of this week, or early next..can't wait!!

    I got mine last night and previewed a bit and really think this will be a nice addition to the original. My PF Plus is supposed to be delivered today and I can't wait to check them out!
